Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of your personal data
You have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make this request:
Send an email to: support@reliefallianceglobal.org
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include in the body:
- The email address you used when interacting with us
- Approximate date of last interaction (if known)
- Confirmation that you want all your personal data deleted
What gets deleted
- Your email address, first name, and prayer request from our database
- Email engagement history (opens, clicks)
- Lead-attribution data (utm parameters, Facebook click identifiers)
- Cached personalization data
What we cannot delete
- Donor financial records — US tax law requires us to retain these for 7 years (handled by Stripe; you can request deletion from Stripe directly)
- Aggregated anonymous analytics
- Records required for legal compliance or to defend against legal claims
Response time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
